Yana
Yana is an expert tattoo artist from Ukraine. She moved to Philadelphia and joined our studio in late 2023. Because of her passion for graphic design and fine art, Yana brings a unique perspective to tattooing. She earned her degree in Graphic Design from Zaporizhzhya National University in 2013. She developed a strong foundation in design principles, creativity, and visual communication. These skills set the stage for her successful transition into tattoo artistry. After graduating, Yana worked in a design studio, where she honed her skills in digital and print media. However, she realized her true passion lay in tattooing. The art of tattooing offered a way to combine her love for fine art and her design background. It was this fusion of disciplines that inspired Yana to pursue a full-time career as a tattoo artist. Yana creates dynamic, meaningful designs that are visually striking and deeply personal. Because she enjoys working in a variety of styles, from intricate linework to detailed realism, Yana finds herself most drawn to color tattoos. Yana’s ability to incorporate vibrant, rich colors into her designs gives them a sense of energy and life. Since Yana is committed to constantly improving her craft, she takes great pride in learning new techniques and pushing her artistic boundaries. Her approach to tattooing is client-centered, ensuring each design is a reflection of the individual’s vision. Above all, she views each tattoo as a deeply personal expression of her clients’ identities, and she works hard to bring that vision to life. With her strong background in graphic design and fine art, Yana is a valuable asset to our studio. Her creativity, technical skill, and commitment to client satisfaction make her a standout artist. Every tattoo she creates is a lasting piece of art, and Yana is excited to continue making her mark in the world of tattooing. Her dedication to her craft ensures that her clients will receive a tattoo that is a meaningful work of art and something that they will cherish for years to come.
