FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I go about getting tattooed by one of your artists?
Please send us an email with your project idea, reference images, desired placement, size and preferred artist. If you are looking for a cover-up, please send an image of your tattoo so we can advise you of your options. Often times the tattoo can be successfully covered up but there are some tattoos that may need a few treatments of laser tattoo removal.

How much is the deposit?
The shop deposit is $100. This deposit is non-refundable (no exceptions) and is credited towards the cost of the tattoo. If the tattoo will be completed in multiple sessions, the deposit will be credited on the last session for that specific tattoo. (Please note if you are scheduling an appointment with Pete he collects a $500 non-refundable deposit).

How should I prepare for my appointment?
For the best results, a few days prior to your appointment make sure to drink plenty of water and apply lotion to the area to be tattooed. Avoid excessive drinking the night before. Make sure to come to your appointment on a full stomach. Bring snacks, drinks and headphones and/or a book to help pass the time.

Can I bring friends?
Only clients are permitted in the tattoo rooms. If you would like the extra support we ask that you have a friend see you off and meet you afterwards.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Please notify the studio of any scheduling conflicts within 72 hours prior to the start of your appointment. Anything less than 72 hours and your deposit is forfeited and another non-refundable deposit is needed to schedule another appointment.
