FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I go about getting tattooed by one of your artists?
Send us an email explaining what you're looking to get, size and placement. You can send reference images to help us understand the style you're looking for.

Let us know if you have a preferred artist otherwise we'll help match you up with one.

Due to the high volume of inquiries, please allow us 1-2 weeks to respond to your email.

Since communication is an important part of the tattoo process, please do not have friends or partners reach out to us on your behalf.

Do you do cover-ups?

Yes, some of our artists will take on cover-up work. You can email us an image of your tattoo and we will be able to advise you of your options. Depending on the piece, some tattoos may need a few treatments of laser tattoo removal.

How much is the deposit?
Deposits will vary on the artist. The deposit is non-refundable (no exceptions) and is credited towards the cost of the tattoo. If the tattoo is to be completed in multiple sessions, the deposit will be credited on the last session.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
For the best results, a few days prior to your appointment make sure to drink plenty of water and apply lotion around the area to be tattooed prior to your appointment. The area should be clean and free of products. Avoid excessive drinking the night before. Make sure to come to your appointment on a full stomach. Bring snacks, drinks and headphones and/or a book to help pass the time. Tattoos take time to do and may run later than expected. We ask that you do not make concrete plans following your tattoo appointment.

Can I bring friends?
Due to space limitations, safety, and privacy reasons, guests aren't permitted during the session.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Please notify the studio of any scheduling conflicts within 72 hours prior to the start of your appointment. Anything less than 72 hours and your deposit is forfeited and another non-refundable deposit is needed to schedule another appointment. We allow up to three reschedules before needing a new deposit.

Do you take walk-ins?
We don't typically take walk-in's since most of our artists are booked out at least a few weeks.

Do you have a shop minimum?
Yes, the shop minimum depends on the artist. Deposits will range $200-$500.

Are tattoos priced by piece or by the hour?
Pricing will depend on the artist. Some artists bill a flat day rate or by the hour. Please email us for more information.

Can I get tattooed if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

Nope.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash is preferred but we do accept major credit/debit cards. There is a 3.1% convenience fee applied to all card transactions. We do not accept checks.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
